Be mindful of time.

Every second matters. And rather than manipulating and lying to ourselves, every dictum in our heart shall be followed, for to cut the natural process short sends us out in a negative spiral, and our fleeing should be fruitless.


It is equally important to know what not to say than it is to know what to say.
